INDEPENDENT STATE IS ABOUT TO HIT THE CARNIVAL AND YOU ARE INVITED TO BE THERE

 

 

Foreground have also hosted a full programme of free events and workshops in the lead up to the project’s pinnacle – Frome Carnival, 26 September 2009. 

There are many ways to be involved, from the hands on production of carnival floats, to children and adult costume making workshops.
